Today this crudely done snake, with its sloppily glued purple eyes probably wouldn't fool anyone, however it did in the early Fakelite days. This bangle is one of the earlier pieces which tested positive for bakelite - when all the sources were stating that fakes didn't "test" positive.
We are of the opinion that this could be a self portrait of the inventor of Fakelite!
